Here are PyTvGrab packages. 

PyTvGrab is a set of python facilities (lib) and some grabbers that use those
to extract television listings (channels, programs and info) from sites.  The
information is then exported to XMLTV format (http://xmltv.sourceforge.net), 
which can be used in many TV Viewers.

You need to get the library (pytvgrab-lib-<VERSION>.tar.gz) and a grabber for 
your region/country/provider (pytvgrab-<GRABBER>-<VERSION>.tar.gz). <GRABBER>
is generally a pair <COUNTRY>_<PROVIDER>, for example, br_uol is the grabber 
for Brazil, based on contents from UOL.
